Return / Refund Policy

At Handmade Designs by Di, each piece is created with care. Because many of our items are handmade, we want to be transparent about our return and refund process.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging, if possible

To start a return, please contact us at handmadedesignsbydi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Earrings, if applicable

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards, if applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at handmadedesignsbydi@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
